Balin's Tomb

After the Fellowship discover Balin's Tomb, the Goblins learn of the Fellowship's presence and quickly act upon this discovery. After closing the gate, the Fellowship make ready for battle. The Goblins start to break through the gate and eventually do, which is when you are given control of your character. I would advise that you use Legolas as his ability with the bow will come in handy later on in the level. Make your way to two metres or so in front of the gate and own any Goblin that enter. After you kill five or so, move Legolas to the back corner and equip his bow. Shoot at the Goblins that enter the gate until Legolas runs out of arrows. By now you should have killed around 20 to 30 Orcs. After you have a cutscene will take place, showing the troll entering the Tomb. The troll is quite fast for a creature that is incredibly large. Stay close to the troll and dodge or parry its attacks and then when it focuses its attacks on someone else or it ceases its attacks, unleash combinations of fierce attacks upon the troll. Once the troll is half health, a cutscene will be displayed showing the troll breaking its club, then grabbing for a chain as its new weapon. Meanwhile, Legolas will charge up the ledge and take cover behind the concrete pillars. You can only use arrows to defeat the troll now so don't waste them. Take cover behind pillars and then when the troll swings the chain back, jump out and unleash short spurts of arrows. The arrows don't damage much but alot of them will take the troll down. Whilst doing this be careful as Goblins will jump up and try to fight you as well. Concrete piallrs will also break after the troll swings the chain at it after about three or four times. This means that if you don't get in early, you will have no cover left and will have trouble for the rest of the mission. After the troll reaches zero health, the troll will collapse, showing a cutscene of the troll collapsing from the first movie.
